I'm not sure if it will work as well on motorcycles, or if you even have the clearance for it, but there are anti-foul tips sold at automotive supply stores. It's a small cap (with threads) that is screwed on to the end of the plug and then the cap is screwed into the head. The cap has a hole that allows the spark to pass through for ignition, but keeps the oil/gas from fouling the plug.
